Contractor Growth System

Keep enquiries moving and quotes followed up.

Thrivorn sets up and manages the system for established UK construction contractors.

Thrivorn helps established UK construction contractors stop missing enquiries, follow up every quote and spend less time chasing and on admin. We set it up around how you work and manage it for you, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

Discover where your construction business is losing enquiries, missing opportunities and wasting valuable time.

We set it up for you and manage it. Built by a construction project manager.

Who it is for

Established contractors with work coming in from several directions

Established UK construction and multi-trade contractors with an office and several jobs running at once. Enquiries arrive by phone, email, website and word of mouth, and more than one person handles them.

It is not designed for sole traders working on their own.

The problem

Good contractors lose work in the gaps

Calls the office cannot take. Enquiries that sit in one person's inbox. Quotes that go out and are never followed up. None of this is about the quality of your work. It is what happens when enquiries and quotes have no single place to live and nobody owns the follow-up.

What we set up

Four parts, set up around how your business runs

What each part does, in plain English.

Call answering by Mia

Mia is a virtual receptionist, an AI assistant. Calls you do not answer are diverted to her from your existing number, where your phone provider allows it. She takes the caller's details and what the job is. Once she is connected during set-up, the call details are added to your sales pipeline as a new enquiry.

Mia tells callers at the start that she is an AI assistant. Calls are recorded only if agreed with you, and callers are told. She does not transfer calls, quote prices or book site visits during the call. More about Mia.

Enquiries and quotes in one list

One pipeline with up to 8 stages, from new enquiry through to won or lost. Once Mia is connected during set-up, her calls and the work booked from them are tracked in the pipeline, and your team adds enquiries that come in other ways, such as email or word of mouth. Each opportunity holds the quote value and a follow-up date.

Quotation follow-up

Automatic follow-up emails go to your customer at intervals agreed with you, by default 3, 7 and 14 days after the quote is sent. They stop when the quote is accepted, declined or closed, or when the customer opts out. If the quote is still open after the last email, your team gets a callback task.

Built and tested. Activated during contractor onboarding after account-specific checks.

Calendars and reports

Up to 3 calendars, for example for site visits. The platform's own reports are set up once at go-live, so you can see where enquiries and quotes stand. There are no scheduled reports.

Honest limits

What this does not do

Being clear about limits is part of the service.

  • It does not replace your office team. It works alongside them
  • It does not create enquiries. We do not buy leads or run advertising under this service
  • Mia does not transfer calls, quote prices, book site visits or promise a call-back time
  • It does not send quote follow-up emails until they are activated during onboarding, after account-specific checks
  • It does not record calls on your line unless you agree, and callers are told
  • Nobody can promise enquiries or jobs
  • Follow-up emails and any messages your team sends to customers must follow UK marketing and data protection rules
  • It is not set up to connect to accounting or job software as standard

We set up and manage business workflow tools. This is not legal, tax, financial or regulated advice.

FAQ

Honest answers

Do you replace my office team?

No. It works alongside them.

Do I have to learn new software?

Your team uses the pipeline and calendars day to day. We set them up, give a brief handover walkthrough at go-live and make up to 2 hours of changes a month for you.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set out in a written proposal after your Contractor Growth Audit.

What if we use more than 400 call minutes in a month?

Additional connected call minutes are charged. Each connected call is rounded up to the next 30 seconds.

Do I need a new phone number for Mia?

Usually not. Calls you do not answer are diverted to Mia from your existing number, where your phone provider and plan allow it.

Does the system chase my customers for me?

It sends automatic follow-up emails to your customer about an open quote, at intervals agreed with you (by default 3, 7 and 14 days). The emails stop when the quote is accepted, declined or closed, or when the customer opts out. If the quote is still open after the last email, your team gets a callback task. Activated during contractor onboarding after account-specific checks.

Do you promise results?

No. Nobody can promise enquiries or jobs.

What does it run on?

The pipeline, calendars and follow-up emails run on GoHighLevel, an established customer relationship platform. Mia's calls run on Vapi and Twilio. We set everything up and manage it for you, so you do not need to learn or maintain the software behind it.

Does it work with my accounting or job software?

Not as standard. Tell us what you use and we will say honestly whether a connection can be set up.
